Fat Man Bishop’s is a newly renovated, locally owned bar in East Peoria offering a laid-back vibe, cold drinks, and now—hot food! 🎉
Located in the former Throttle building, we’ve completely transformed the space and are proud to serve up a growing menu of comfort food favorites, including smashburgers, wings, chicken tenders, and shareable appetizers (with more to come!).
